iv got a 91 civic si with a dohc zc swapped into it, im putting a homemade kit on the car next week and will b boosting around 11psi.....what kinda power will my motor make roughly at 11psi on a dohc zc?......and what kinda 1/4 times would i b hittin approx?.....the cars got an lsd zc tranny on it also btw, just wondering what kidna hp and torque numbers im lookin to expect and 1/4 times.......thx guys.

 

id say close to maybe 190/200. torque im not sure on.

 

well,boost roughly translates to 10hp or so per 1.lb of boost.

 

hit up stealthmode and julio for info, I think both of them are running zc motors.

how much did that rig run you?

 

you'll blow the thing up before you take it to the track.
you should be running 9s with 400 hp.

 

i think you will be looking at parts soon.
you really didn't mention anything about management, and that will be the key to reliable horses.

 

Stealth has a d16y8 and julio isnt bossted.

 

the total car cost me 2g's...i bought it from a honda tech who had sjut swapped the dohc zc into the car and the lsd zc tranny.......for fuel management ill b using 450dsm injectors and a s-afc and the car will b dyno tuned at the shop whos installing the kit for me for free....im lookin to get a rough estimate of power and 1/4 times?...thx guys
