A Good Day For SOHC's!!!!
Well, I just got back from the track tonight, and have finally got some decent runs on the car. My fastest was a 15.395, and I'll look later what the trap was (I'm tired!!)
Keep in mind that this is at 4700 ft. altitude, so you sea-level guys can't appreciate that. Oh, btw, this is in a 94' civic ex, 14b.
Anyway, what really blew me away was another civic down at the track. He ran a 11.8......with a sohc z6!!!. Get this: he is putting down 430 hp with stock sleeves!!!. It's got SRP pistons, I don't know what kind of rods, and a SC-61 (how the hell that thing spools is beyond me) running no less than 30 psi!! I ---- you not.
I'm sure there will probably be a post on Honda-Tech by Courtney Green, the tuner, so I will look and try link something.

You guys dont realize elevation is a killer on times. Go to LACr with a gsr swapped crx low 15's is what you'll get. Drive 60 miles down to Pomona run mid 14's. His passes at sea level are most likely mid 14's
