D16A6 valve springs into a D16Y7?

D16A6 valve springs into a D16Y7?
I know there are some subtle differeces between the D motors, but then again, most stuff can be swapped. I have some jazzy-nice valve springs on a D16A6 but the block is torn up. Can I jam these in a Y7 to run a better cam?
