Just wondering, I'm 24 today and it doesnt look like I'm going to get any calls from my family. My dad usually gets his secritary to email me and I think my mom has forgotten she she left town a few day back to go somewhere. I guess it sucks to get old in that respect.

Happy Birthday man. Don't feel so bad, I see my parents on a daily basis and I don't get a "happy birthday" from them. Well sometimes my mom does. Heck the other day my auntie admitted that she didn't know when my b-day was and tried to get me to tell her, ---- that, if you don't know you don't know. So come august, I'll be curious on who remembers. I'm only expecting phone calls from friends, like 3 or 4 close friends.

My parents forgot my 12th birthday, I can tell you I was pretty upset that day but didn't tell them it was my birthday. So when in the evening some relatives came they felt pretty bad. Guess it scarred me, because I'm still telling this story The good thing is, they haven't forgotten it since
