junkyard crap
My mom told me that she knows of 3 junkyards around here, and my friend who wrecked his accord got some crap from a junkyard to fix it, so I'll be trying to go to a few junkyards this weekend. what should I be looking for? I know what a turbo looks like, I'll check those out, and I know what injectors look like and where they go so I'll be looking for that. does anybody have any pictures of cars that have nice stuff for me to take? I've got no idea what cars I'm looking for.

the best cars to get crap off of are '81 dodge colts, 78'ford pintos, and last but not least is the allmighty geo metro. you can some of the best stuff off those cars. if you "know what a turbo looks like" dont get one, they are SO hard to put on. seriously, you can find good crap at junkyards, especially those old electric superchargers. those come out of cutlass's i think. good luck with that advice from mom.

look for nice intercoolers, etc... If I were you, I would do a little research on it before you started grabbing "junk"... Cause after you got it, that's what it's going to be to them if you wanted to take it back.... look at all the turbo projects on the site, then decide what you will need... Pipes, BOV's, the muffin man, and other things.

i took a turbo emblem off a Cordia (also the turbo 
)) and a couple cars over was a 87 HF. then i glued them to my wall "TURBO HF" 
i was thinking about putting them on my intake manifold where it says PGMFI...
