first question is will this clear the a/c? if not what kind of work am i looking at to make it compatible? or are there any other turbo's tath will? or would it be a better idea to go with the bmc log mani and something like a t3?? will that clear the a/c?

 

no, you have to be superman, no, yes, mabye.

 

The only turbo i've seen working with A/C and a HF mani is the IHI RHb5 from a mazda, ford or subaru, and with some creativity on the adapter plate. You have to make it so the turbo is rotated a few degrees to clear the compressor.
Or go with a log style with the flange welded between cylinders 3 and 4 or to the passenger side instead of in the middle.

 

i have seen some applications that have a bracket to remount you ac.

 

that's a good bit of fabrication work to rebracket your a/c compressor.

If you're going to go the cheap cheap way, a/c usually has to be sacraficed.

 

move the a/c fan to the front, that will clear like 4 inches up for u.
