oil mixed with gas means you have a 2-stroke engine. I'm fairly good at maintaining all the 2 strokes I have around here, I use a chainsaw day in and day out.
look for a turbo off of an older suzuki gsx, like 70s-80s sport bikes.
The hardest problem you have is going to be the modifications needed to the carb, might want to look for a bigger carb, biggest 2 stroke I've had was a 350cc yamaha blaster 4 wheeler.

not to sound hardcore ghetto but id gaurantee that one of those pos elec super setups will do the job for something like that. I know they dont work on a vehicle that actually needs air like a car but im sure itll push enough air to power that. O wait no 12 power ---- umm try to find one for a small disel 1.3 rabbit or something.
I've seen a turbo smaller then a donut on a 3 cilinder 600cc daihatus diesel turbo.
that should do the job....make a something like a catch can unde the turbo ..fill it with oil and let a pump feed the turbo with oil and then put an oil return back to the can.
