would a small boost creep hurt me that much?

stock d16a6 block on a d16z6 head...

IHI RHB5 turbo
8psi normally.. in 2nd gear it spiked/creeped whatever it is, up to 10 psi.

I noticed the spike/creep after it was pulling harder than it was before and i look down and bam! 10 psi.. even tho it was a rush cuz of how much faster it made it feel... could the 2psi creep blow the engine a lot faster? i'm running rich enough probably for 15 psi, i just wanna know

You should be good but it will wear it down a little bit faster. I am not the person to ask how much faster it will hurt it, though. I could be wrong though.

V-AFC, the settings are pretty rich as is.

 

As long as its intercooled and the timing is within reason, you should be fine. My RHb5's creep a bit to at the higher RPM's
