Default Running Turbo Water Feed

What is the most common way to run the Water lines to the turbo? SHould i tap into the existing cooling sytem for the motor; or have a dedicated loop just for the turbo?

Please post up any info regarding Fittings, and places to tap into, or places to buy things for a dedicated water loop(ie Radiator, fan, pump, etc).

You can do all that stuff fitting and risking leaking coolant cause a line fucked up or you can do what I did just run the oil and forget about the coolant. :P

but from what i understand is that it is best to run the coolant lines because they aide in preventing coking.

At first i was gonna do just that, and forget about em; but then i relized the benifits from it and it seems the most logical thing to do.

where would i be able to tap into water to run the lines; so that the water brought to the turbo would be cool?

i wouldn't worry about the coolant lines, but if you want, just tap into the back of the head or block, and loop it through

Between your head and you throttle body, just break the line, send one off the head to one side of the turbo and one back to the throttle body

NOD, any coolant line will work, off the idle air control valve works good too. Cut 1 line in half and run both ends to the turbo.
