Fuel pump?

If the stock pump is running at less than 12 volts, is it better if I rewire the pump and put another relay. Use bigger wires? Any done this before?

helped a friend do it on an eclipse and it made a noticeable difference

I just tested my pump. Its only getting 10.2 volts. its running 32 psi fuel pressure at the rail. Will it make a big diff when i rewire the pump and put a relay?
