yes, or more then likly. You should probally go with a T3/T04 setup, like .63/.60

I think youd be ok, thats a rather large turbo, bigger then some T3's, but if you can id go bigger, just depends how little turbo lag u want

a GT28 is a Ballbearing turbo...and it can't be compared to a T28...it's a whole different turbo.
I think it should work on your engine....but I would go bigger also. depends on high your engine rev's too
