back in november, chingro posts a cylinder head and some misc. parts on g2ic. we exchanged a few emails, he assured me everything is "ready to be shipped". he even posts a picture of "the engine it came from".
so, i paypal'd him, waited about 3-4 weeks, then i get curious....chingro is not so quick to respond to emails anymore....
finally, he tells me "his machine shop sent it", so, i wait some more...
after contacting him again, he says he "found" my parts at machine shop and he is going to ship them himself, so, i wait a little longer....
then, he wrecks his car, so i back off a little, feeling sorry for him....
after another couple weeks, i contact him, he claims he has no money....(so i guess a refund is out of the question)
he keeps telling me "he's gonna make it worth my while" because he is taking so long...
about a month ago, after contacting him again(i ALWAYS have to initiate contact, he NEVER tries to contact me)he asks me if he can send my stuff to a "commercial" address. he says it will be cheaper if he uses a "common carrier", because he is sending me SO MUCH stuff. okay, i try to help him out, i give him 3 choices of where to ship. i even offer to send him a little more money AFTER i get my stuff.
around march8th, he tells me 1 box is shipped, with another to follow. shipping time, 5-7 days. i ask him for some kind of tracking # or ANY kind of verification. he ALWAYS tells me he'll call me back or email it to me(never got anything)
now he is getting REALLY hard to contact....finally yesterday, i ask him where my stuff is....he starts accusing ME of getting it but telling him I DID NOT.....is he for real ?!? after 4 months of his lies, now he's trying to turn this around on me!!he tells me how poor he is, yet i come here and see pictures of his turbo build-up, man, i wish i was THAT poor!!
he won't give me a refund, he can't give me ANY proof that the stuff was sent but accuses me getting it!?!
last time we spoke, he claimed he sent some stuff via usps.....wait a minute, why did we go through that bullcrap last month of commercial addresses?? oh, that's right, so he could give it to the post office.....

yeah i think this isnt the first time that someone bought something from him and recieved nothing fer a loooooooooooooooong time but i think they got what they bought eventually

 

yea, but "eventually" sucks dick. i understand sometimes ---- comes up or wahetver, but when the emails start to slow down, and theres lots of excuses... ---- THAT. i think that 3 weeks it the longest it should ever take from the 48 states, thats from payment day till recieving day.

lets hear the other side....

 

3 weeks? ---- that! I couldn't imagine waiting even 3 weeks for something. After 1 week you better at least have a tracking number.

"send me your money and SOMEDAY i will send you your parts"
i wouldn't have bothered with him. in one of our conversations, i said, "do you know how many cylinder heads i could've bought, while waiting for your stuff?!?"

3 weeks is packing "some bullshit excuses" and then delivery, in a worst case scenario

i personally dont wait 3 ------ days. do business the right way! every 1 on here is a big fan of letting things go a few weeks tho?

 

Who is everyone? I only count a few select people who have been banned from selling in the classified sections. If people are still dumb enough to buy from them after that, they deserve to wait 3-4 weeks for their parts to arrive.
