Thanks man, it found 70 problems in the pc, and they are now gone.

i use http://fedora.redhat.com/, and haven't had a problem with spyware/adware/viruses since

...lol

but yeah, adaware and spybot are your best friends...but make sure you backup your registry just in case before you start using them.
