I've seen alot of those cheap mufflers on ebay that come with silencers, not the dual ones like what you want though. Not sure how much they silence but if your not dead on buying that one you could look at some of those.

IF your going to sell it then why don't you just get a stock muffler from a muffler shop? I wouldn't put a loud ebay muffler on there right before you sell it cause alot of people aren't going to want loud exhausts. imo

this may not work for you application...

I found some glasspacks that have a "platea' weldied in the middle(you can't look straight through it) and they're pretty quiet.

I'm also getting a cheap muffler from ebay.
My neighbour did and it sounds really quiet with the silencer on.
I need one bad and I haven't got much money after the end of the month. I'm driving with no muffler right now

Yo, what car you rollin now? Cause I know you didn't ship me your eg hatch

About them mufflers, them glasspacks doofnoil posted don't seem too shabby, ---- eight bucks. Cheap as ----. Maybe I should pick one up, if he'll do local pick up.

Oh and since you are trying to sell the bimmer for 7g's I suggest you look for a blingin' muffler and tell them it was imported from a performance shop in germany that specializes in BMW parts
