was wonderin if the transmission from a zc the same as a stock transmission of a 89 civic? and what size engine does a 89 civic have?

Whatever, they are all the l3 family of trannys.

All have different gearing, the ZC requires the use of a intermediate shaft (ZC intermediate shaft) It is supposivly the strongest L3 tranny.
