Default yeah buddy, my almost finished neon (56k- sucks to be you)

ok here's some pictures of my finished neon: a few things though, first of all as you can see there are some things that need to be finished up (i.e. my sagging bumper.) so don't bother mentioning them

also, i realize my neon looks like a 4x4 right now- i need to get my mopar high-rates back on there. and finally no i haven't notched the hood yet to fit, any other comments feel free to ask!

and boy does boost really kick ***- man this thing pulls so hard, i love it! now i have to go get some track times.

Is that the stock ride hieght? I iknow you said don't mention it, but god damn. That seriously looks like it has a loft kit on it. I think it sits higher than my S10.

Anyways, looks good. Glad to see some variety on the board.

It's still a NEON though. :P

That was my first car, but it was a 95 coupe, and it was the gray purpleish color. looks pretty good for being a neon, I really kinda like it. Keep it up and let's se some finished pics.

yeah it's a bit of a tight fit. and i am going to use a stock hood for quite awhile, what i'm going to do is cut out the bracing in certain areas and also maybe tilt it up a tad.

and unfortunately yes that is stock ride height, if you look at any neon factory height is seriously made for a 4x4 it's ridiculous. also the bumpstops are very close to the control arms so if you try to lower it more than an inch you're on the bumpstops all the time.

keep the comments coming....

I like how you cut out some of the black grill ---- to fit the wastegate actuator. yeah man, put a air filter on too! I hear that riding bump stops in the rear is good for FWD launches, so yeah, lower that bitch.
