Yes I've turned to the evil side.
I wanted to get rid of the ducttape and have a good looking engine bay. So I had to keep the PVC to a minimum and only use it where no one can see it.
Now here is my new intake charge pipe.






I'm happy with it.
Well worth the time and money.

Yeah the valve cover paint is chipped etc.
I have another cover in the shed ...nice clean black...will swap it tomorrow and post pic's

Yeah Now that I see them side by side...what a difference.
The bov did fall off ones with the ducttape.

 

It would have been a bad thing if you were boostin and the bov did pop off. It prolly would not have sounded cool. How the hell did ya get that duct tape to hold the boost (what psi are you running?). The new setup looks good, I most of my charge pipes myself too (on my cardomain site).
