As far as breaking in the buolt engines, do ya want to beat ths ---- out of them like hotrex or just do some normal driving then boost them

i beat the ---- outta my motor for 100 miles now the turbo kit is being installed as we speak.....100 vicious miles is enough to break in the rings

If all you did was put new pistons in then all you need to do is seat the rings. To do this get out on the highway in fourth gear at about 35 mph or slower stomp on the gas. your rpms should be about 1000 and take it up to 5000 let up till you reach 1000 again due this 3 time and your ring have been seated. What you want to do is "lug" the engine not sputter it.

Dude... think about that... that's gotta be the dumbest ---- i've heard all day... most honda motors have 100,000+ miles before we even think of slapping a turbo on... and I haven't heard of anybody's motor failing because they waited too long... as far as breaking the motor in, I'm with the beat-it-up plan... beat it up for 100miles, change the oil, and ur set... most people don't think about this, but when you buy a new car, it has had the ---- beat out of it within it's first 20-30 miles from test drivers, dealers driving it and everyone else that has drove it, and 99.99% of these cars (especially Hondas) are on the road today, and I've never seen a honda with under 150,000 smoke due to piston rings being bad... so, beat that ---- up

Yes, all cars must be turboed within the first 50k miles or they will break down.
