Default Pros/Cons Water cooled Turbos

What are the pros/cons on water-cooled versus non-water-cooled turbos?

WRT hondas, are the wc'd turbos usually hooked up inline on the coolant flow to the intake manifold?

Water cooled are supposed to help keep the turbo cooler and make it last longer. And most people disconnect of extend the water lines from the throttle body.

alot of times watercooled turbos will make a honda engine idle -------, unless you bleed every last bit of dirt and air out.

I would say better for the turbo, but worse for the motor. ---- the turbo and save the motor. Compare the cost of your turbo to your motor.

mow that i think about it, my turbo and my motor cost me about the same.. hmmm.
