Default t3 turbo manifold?

I was wondering if anyone knew where i could get a good t3 turbo manifold? I was looking at the ssautochrome ones but I have herd bad bad things about them. I plan on using a t3 with a internal wastegate on my 95 civic ex d16z6. I would aslo like to know about a down pipe as well? If anyone has any info please let me know. Also on a t3 with a internal wastegate what psi are they usually set at? thanks

yes, stay far far away from SSAutoChrome. It is known to crack after a period of time. pay a bit more for a better manifold or custom build one. Or some of the guys here can make you a descent one. you get what you pay for. It's really up to you. the internal wastegate are usually set from 8-10 psi depending on what car the turbo was taken out of. also known as factory settings.
Downpipe is where the exhaust exits out of the turbo. Hope this helps. But I bet these questions can be easily answered by yourself if you go and do some research.

I think he wanted to know where he can find a decent downpipe as well. I heard ShopJoelsMom.org makes good manafolds for the d-series motor. :P
