supp guys, i set a new record today, boosted my motor for the second time (after blowing the last one and selling the kit) . the car blew up on the first run, timing belt busted and I bent a valve. STUPID ME.


anyways, a buddy of mine gave me a turbo head gasket, its aabout 1cm thick. i dont know who made it, and im trying to figure out how much lower my CR will be. its a stock D16z6 and i belive the CR is 9.2, any1 know how much lower CR im looking at?

well, a 1/8 inch thick headgasket would be 7.7 : 1 on a d16z6. to low. Are you sure its 1/8" thick. MEASURE IT. youll need a better tool than a ruler thought to be exact.

 

DAMN where hell are those calculator for the B series!!!

Anyone know where to get some gaskets to lower the B16's?
