Default slow boy racing turbo kit

the other day i was looking at slow boy racing's website looking for a turbo kit. they had a kit for my aplication....b16a. however, the kit comes with a T-25 turbo. would this turbo be large enough to perform well on my b16. if not what else would you suggest?

From what I have read a T25 will probably be to small, and will spool up to quick.
Manily people here with B16's are using T3's They are better suited for B' series engines.

Read some of the FAQ.
and on this site you dont buy a Kit. You make one

t25 is way to small. when it comes to turboing b16's just shell out the cash for a big *** turbo, and hondata. you can make rediculous power off that ----.

Shelling out TONS of money on a turbo could be as easy as $80 at the junkyard, and half of that on half off day.

FIRST of all, you need to find out which T-25 they are referring to....the DSM T-25 found on 2g Eclipse/Talons, or the JDM T-25 found on the SR20(silvia)....the former WILL probaly be big enough for your b16, hell it gets the silvia around....slowboys are pretty str8t, I get alot of my DSM parts through them...

Totally, what he said...just because a turbo has a t-25 flange doesn't mean it can't have big numbers. Look at what it really is first...what are numbers on the wheel, that's what really matters.
