What do you guys think of this turbo?
Found the link posted in the for sale forum to ebay for this turbo.

I am starting to piece together a turbo for my 99 Si. I just wanna stay quite basic right now. If i can get this for $100 bucks i'll bid and win. I was planning on getting a 14B turbo from an Eclipse, but hey if this is a good deal.... quick the auction ends soon!

too small, looks like its originally off a "low blow" turbo diesel, infact im sure ive seen one on a vauxhall 1.7 TD
you could use it but it would limit overall power and strangle the car at high revs

i say dont..
study compressor maps of lots of aftermarket turbos.. then when you find the one "right" for the job, note down its spec and try and find a factory car with something half similar
better than the "bigger is better" approach

I say hit the junkyards.. Why? well think about it, How many cars have TOO big of a turbo for a B16a? Well lets start off with some of the bigger turbos..
TD05h 14b (1g DSM manual)
T3 TB03 60 trim (T-bird Manual)
T3 (TA4
From buick GN's
KKK26 & KKK27 from some European Cars (bmw/audi/porsche)
These turbos are all pretty decently sized for the b16a.. Its when you start looking at diesal turbos when you say "that maybe to large" Go to the junkyard and get whatever you can..

go ghetto fab.
get a sohc greddy kit for 1000 used, get a hks turbo manifold, burn the bend on the dp a tad till it gets red and have someone pull on it a little. modify the intake pipe right to the throttle body and bang.
1300
turboed si at 5.7psi.
then get a cooler some custom pipes and boost 7.
you will be fine with the death box.
or
save up some more money, get a max rev kit about 1200, intercooler about 200 some piping fmu, missing link (which i have for sale for about 40 bucks shipped, see classifieds) and a turboxs bov.
u spent about 2G and your car is running 13's.
