Default O-Rings for honda blocks?

I'm wondering if I could do this to my block. I can't seem to find anyone that makes a kit for a D series. I heard Jeff saying something about making his own? Out of? Process? Anyway, if you got any information, POST UP!!

Basically you have the block (sleeves) O-ringed, any performance machine shop can do this, they cut a slight groove in the sleeve (around), and this is where you place the O-ring. The O-ring is made out of copper wire, you just shape it to fit inside of the groove. If I were you just have Golden Eagle do your block. They have all the tools, and a nice little "how to guide" and supply the wire when you get your block done.

how much will that golden eagle job cost?

everyone told me you had to get the block o-ringed to have a copper head gasket, but you don't. when I overheated the b16a I pulled off the head and the gasket was copper but I have no o-rings.

if it was a SCE copper head gasket you have to use O-rings... Since they have no seal around the chambers.

When you o-ring you can use stock head gaskets or copper ones, either or.

Jeff, I thought you said something about making your own out of copper? I understand the machining would have to be done elsewhere.
