yeah so im in my crx cruising down the freeway in 5th at like 75 mph... the tach says 2300 rpm. the engine an a6.

 

whats it like going 90 in second?

 

---- my Hf tranny does about 1900rpm at 70mph in 5th gear, check your tranny ID code.

Got one in my garage that I am gonna rip the 5th gear out of and put in my ZC tranny (when I dont have anything to do which is probably never)

HF trannys blow *** (nuff said)

kills acceleration, but great for gas milage and long road trips

Sounds like a HF to me. I wish my rex was running to tell ya what the dx does it still isnt together no suspention

 

si tranny does 3k at 60mph. lol

 

My D series d16z6 does 3500 @ 80mph. That's the only thing I know for sure.

I know that anything under 3k is hard to use on the higway and anything under 2500 is unusable. I usually have to downshift to go up long / steep or long and steep hills or else boost- sometimes 5-6lbs to get up the hill. If I use cruise control, my computer uses boost. It's pretty cool
