Default how do i rig up a recirc bov in this special situation?

Hello family i am undertaking the rare task of turbocharging a lexus gs400 and due to the special geometric limitations of the engine bay i will have to mount the turbo where the front of the wheel well is and i barely have room to fit a mushroom air filter over the turbo intake. Therefore the maf will have to be on the pressurized side. Being that this is a maf car, any bov installed would have to be of the recirculating variety and the output from the valve will have to reenter the intake after the maf in the airstream. How will this work if the maf is on the pressureized side? The point of the valve is to relieve the charge pipe of pressure with the throttle closed to protect the turbo, so how will it even work if it has to dump into an area of equal pressure? The valve wont be venting off any pressure in this instance. I hope you guys cant understand what im trying to convey here and any insight would be much appreciated.

I would remove the MAF and run speed density.
