I'm thinking of getting one of these 3 turbos, probably between the 28rs and the garret 3076, My goal is 300-350 HP,(b18b1 eagle rods, weisco pistons, arp studs, full rebuild, everything except sleeves) I think the 28rs will spool faster but honestly i've never driven with either so I don't have any real experience.
