Hey guys I'll share my build so you can recommend a turbo for me.

Motor is 1.6 7 rib 4age block crower rods wiseco 9.0:1 pistons

Head (for now) restrictive 4afe. 9.6:1 compression with the wiseco pistons.

I'm looking for 200whp with the 4afe head and 400whp with a better flowing 4age head. I'm looking for something with a nice torque curve and something that spools extremely fast my budget is 1200$. Let me know what brand and size turbo you guys would use.

 

You're not going to get a fast spool and 200 hp, and able to support 400 hp, in the same turbo. 400 hp is going to be a pretty large and laggy beast. Something from Garrett's GT22 line would be good at the small end though.
