Del sol heater question
Hey all
A buddy of mine is doing a turbo setup on his civic and he has been writing to this forum with alot of answers back and I decided to try it out with a question of my own!
I have a 1993 del sol with a d16z6. It is out of the car awaiting a b16a2. Im ripping out stuff getting ready for the transplant and I came across the A/C and heating parts. I took out the blower motor and module and I looked at the heater parts as the only thing left. There are two hoses coming into the car form the engine. My guess is they carry coolant into the car for the heater?? One connected to the left side of the head and the other connects to the engine block.
I guess my question is can I take all the heater and AC components out, take the hoses out of the firewall and when I get the new engine, can I just run a jumper hose from those two points instead of coming into the car
Thanks alot for reading all this crap!!! Just running into tiny roadblocks!!
Thanks again
D.J.
