Default 2inch intercooler piping

Whats up guys,I have just changed turbos and switch from a ebay t3/t4 to a Garrett GT2871r and my old piping from compressor housing to intercooler was all hacked up and had lots of silicone couplers..Well i had a friend of mine give me a intercooler and piping kit made by jdm sport that was like new.I got it home and noticed that the piping from the compressor to the intercooler was 2 inches in diameter and out of the intercooler to throttle body is 2.50 inches..Im shooting for 400hp goal and was wanting to know if the 2in piping will be to resrictive for my goal..thanks guys for the help
