turbonectics t3to4b v trim .63 ar hp rating

turbonectics bb t3to4b v trim .63 ar. Anybody know if this little guy if capable of 400- 450 hp in a 9.5 compression b18c1 motor

the turbo is capable of flowing that kind of hp ( so yes) but of course weather your engine "breaths" that kind of hp is the next question , weather 9.5:1 or not
