help with 06 ninja 636 turbo setup
I own an 06 fuel injected ninja 636 and have seen some people turbo them, but there is always debate about what is the best way and what to change and there seems to be no general concensus about how to do it, that I have been able to find. admittingly my searching skills suck..lol..
I am looking for other peiople that have done it that can tell me how to do it and what all i need I have a background in welding and precision machininge so I am hopeful that I can pull it off..
I would like to do it as cheap as possible and hope to not replace injectors, also what kind of horsepower and torque increase can I expect per what amount of boost?.
Any help is greatly appreciated I am a noob and looking for some expierenced people to guide me...
again thank you for any advice!!

my kind of build. ive turbo'd three gsxr motorcycles. kawai and suzuki are close in design. you dont wantt o boost it more than 6 psi on a stock motor. i would boost it at 5 psi to be on the safe side. you can use the stock injectors and stock fuel pump for this low boost setting. for fueling you have a couple of options: one you can adjust fuel with a power cammander. two: you can use an extra injector controller with 4 aditional injectors to supply the engine with fuel when in boost.
your main concens are to make/purchase an exhaust header flange and make your intake plenum.
the turbo bike world tends to favor suzuki as they are the easiest to boost. finding these parts maybe impossible so it leaves you to make them.
in the next couple of months when i have my cnc plasma machine up and running i will be supplying exhaust header flanges and do it yourself intake plenum builders kits for all types of sportbikes.
good luck on the build and let me know if you need any help.
remember to post pics.......

you can try to plug up the factory box. many people have tried but i dont know if many suceeded. it would probalby take as long to modify the stock aribox as it would be to build an intake plenum. boost + nos will blow the motor sky high. trust me. once its boosted, you wont even think about nos.
hey can you guys point me in the direction of any other motorcycle related threads you have refered to on the site? im looking to turbo my victory and im hoping to find out as much as i can before purchasing parts, just wann see what other people are doing, thanks guys
