Default greddy fmu better with p28 or chipped p06?

im wondering i just installed a jdm d15b vtec and i have the d16z6 mani with the d16z6 engine harness i just have to wire in vtec and pressure wire my concern is when it comes to ecu am i better off chipping my p06 or just getting a p28? i ask this because i am going to be installing a greddy turbo kit and it comes with a fmu so i need to know computer wise how to deal with this. i am not sure if this fmu from greddy only works with stock ecu for ex/si civic which is the p28 or what? i hear about chipping ecu's wether its one or another to handle tubros and what not i just need to know should i stick with p28 or stay with p06 and get it chipped for vtec and anyting else turbo related i just dont want to throw off my fmu if it needs to be a stock computer that its to plug to.

you'll be able to make it work fine either way. save the money, keep yours, and check out ------------- for all the chipping/conversion stuff. and i think he might even have a few guides and writeups floating around there that might help. and also, with a good tune, you won't need the fmu that comes with.

tune=good; fmu 'tune'=bad.
