Hello my 2002 Nissan needs a new radiator fan motor.The problem is how do you take out the fan assembly?

 

i have a 2003 nissan i am trying to take out the radiadtor fan motor got the bottom bolt and the 2 brackes on the side how do i get it of the radiator with out removeing the radiator it just slides back and forth on the top of the radiator..
