I have a Chrysler t3, garrett tb03, watercooled in great shape, with internal wastegate, swingvalve 2.5" and good 4 wire o2 sensor in it. Pulled it off my spirit to upgrade to a holset.

$175 + shipping. This was just removed from my r/t , no shaft play, from a southern rust free car.

It's a garrett tb03, 55 trim in a .52 housing and a .48 exhaust housing mated to a 2.5" exhaust housing with stock, threaded internal wastegate (good to 24psi) good 4 wire o2 sensor, stock coolant and oil lines included, drain back oil tube is not.
I pulled this off my r/t to upgrade, it is a good non leaking, non smoking turbo without shaft play.
