Default Selection help for samurai build

I am new to the turbo world and could use some advise on selecting the right size turbo for my samurai/ rock crawler buggy. My little 1.3l started smoking and I am going to replace with a 1.6l 8v tracker motor. Currently it is running propane and seems like the best thing to do would be to run it in a draw thru set up. I not looking to make killer numbers in the quarter mile, low rpm torque improvements and squeezing out some ponies is what i'm shooting for. This truck is a low speed crawler so I believe I can get away without running an intercooler.
should I run a water cooled unit? I am considering a k03 or a t25. I will take any input you are wiling to give me. Thanks

go with the t25. quick spool for your low rpm needs.

Thank you, me and a buddy are going to build two kits together. I'm currently looking for a turbo then will tackle a log manifold. We are both going to have to run turbos high to clear power steering pump and tube frame but I would rather notch the hood and help with cooling. Any advice will always be appreciated.

I have been looking on the for sale post. If anyone has a t25 or a turbo that would work for this application let me know. I live in Austin texas and will pick up if close within a few hundred miles or will ship. Nothing is worse than buying some box of junk from an ebayer.
