Helpin out a guy he has:

95 civic dx
94 gsr
99 Si Trans
Galant Vr4 piping with stock intercooler
1st Gen dsm bov
Ebay wastegate with 5lb spring
16g turbo
p06 converted to p28 with factory basemap w/added fuel
Boosting 8 then 6 consistent

The butterflys on the intakemanifold are open due to missing iab box. Is is setup good? Its on stock injectors and oem ngk plugs, pretty much hole fuel system. It pulls good at 2500 slowly loses power about 7500 probably cause the turbo is small. Any recommends?

if you have Stock Honda Injectors? 240cc i think is stock, that would be your first problem. Have you read the plugs yet? What do they look like after a good pull on the street?

 

I doubt it's the turbo
