Now onto your car. You probably have an F22 SOHC. Tricvk here and have done it to a 90 Honda accord. If you grab a B18 exhaust manifold off of a Integra the manifold will bolt up with little modification. A mitsu turbo off a DSM or a old school Turbododge will bolt up and then run your oil lines to it. You can get a adpater off of the oil filter to do that.
