Toyota Camry white exhaust smoke?

I know this may sound weird to you guys but how come sometimes when i start up the car white smoke comes out the exhaust muffler? Well it's more like grey white smoke? this is a 95 Toyota Camry LE.

i work in a car rental, ALL 20 > camry (from 98 to 03) does the same thing....it stop once it warmed up....

if it goes away after it warms up, and the smoke looks "clear", not cloudy white but looks like steam, then it's normal.
