In-Line or In-Tank fuel pump (1st thread)
Hey HMT, this is my 1st thread and read lots of write ups and threads here and I must say this is a great forum with lots of shared knowledge. I'm most likely going to be on tis forum more frequently and thanks for all the info :].
I'm currently working on a fmu 12:1 ratio setup and for my pump side, I'm opting between a in-line pump or a intank pump (I have a friend that is selling his walbro 255lph in tank pump for $30). I have looked over the walbro 255lph flow rate graph and I feel like with that I will be only be able to push 7 psi, is that correct? I'm wanting to push 8psi so I am currently deciphering whether to get that or a high volume in-line.

i was told in tank and 190lph is all you really need on a honda, but i got a 225lph in tank anyway. what are you driving? anything newer than 91 it's a super simple job, older hondas need to have the tank dropped.
also ---- the fmu. get a simple b&m regulator with your 450cc injectors or whatever your running and get it tuned. i dont care what anyone says just do it right the first time. people have said shitty things about the b&m bolt on fpr. i bought one used and have been running it for 4years without a problem
