even though you are really gay and stupid for not learning how to search i will still help you out becuase im a nice guy and all. for sub 200hp (i.e. your plans) your stock rods will work just fine

i will try to help, though my information is dated and geared towards d16z6s (may relate to your block, i dunno). just getting motivated to get back at it.

anyways with the engine i mentioned earlier it was possible to use LS(b1 rods if you notched the block so the rotating assembly doesnt hit (rod caps and whole are a little bigger). if you get a good set(most are) they cost nothing and will be good for more than 10psi.

as for pistons, i believe the best bet for old d series on the cheap was some jdm spec old supra or something. a guy named turbopanda was selling them but some drama and hes gone. but if i recall they were good to around 300hp.
stockers will live as well as you tune. bad tune stocks are more prone to detonation being a major problem really fast.

but really d15s are so cheap i would just run it as it is. most of the time you can get a replacement for free lol

edit: maybe search vitaras (or something close) i hear talk about them but cant say anything more than they are to be (or were) put in backwards or you got tons of piston slap. haha

Best rods are D16Z6 and best pistons are D15B2 and D15B7, they are low compression good to boost, but you can use any stock rods to boost 200hp max as TXDOHCZC says
