with the exception of the EGR stuff in the HF harness, they are the same

Basically that harness will work for 88-89 HF's.. now if you want to put a B16a in your CRX and you have a HF, yes the harness will work, you cannot use the SI harness in a HF, or vise versa, even though they are both MPFI some pins are in different location, and the car will run like ----.
