Default G-tech Pro's for $35 :) You want one?

Well I just ordered one on ebay. I heard they are faily accurate so long as used correctly and all the tracks are closed for the season.

Anyways you cant go wrong for 35 bucks I thought I'd post about it. Guy has great feedback so I'd be confident ont the purchase.

I thought those things went for like $100 or so, which makes me suspicious. But then again, they did just come out with a new model. But why would they want to take away from the new model purchases? Someone buy one, then let us know. lol.

If it gave accurate a/f readings I would buy it. haha

I searched through forums and talked to several people most have had great luck with them. I guess the trap speed is usually a little off but the actual 1/4 time is within a tenth from their actual time slips.

Stealhmode the new version came out and typically these things were going for about 50 on ebay recently. This guy just bought a ton of them, anyways in his feedback the last one sold went for 46 or so and he lowered the price again.

When I get mine I'll le tyou know I ordered it a couple hours ago and paid with paypal

in fact its a nice toy
Gtech helped me improving my starting on 1/4 mile runs.
Becaus on stock tyres I had a serious traction problem and now i know from wich RPM I best start and stuff like this.
However its a very fragile device, if you dropped it then the measurement will be crap

I have one, well is my brother in law's, but I use it all the time, the speeds are really accurate. He ran 14.1-13.9 with it on his SRT-4 and at the track he did 13.8-13.9, they are just a little off, his trap speed with the g-tech was 95-99, at the track 99-101, so it is pretty good for street tuning and such. With it I lowered my speed on the 97 ex from 17.1 to 16.4. I just bought one for me, he lost his instructions and we could never figure out how to use some of it's functions so hopefully I get some instructions with this one.

The're great and for $35, I think I'm going to buy another one to resell it later

I have one of the older ones too. The ET is usually pretty dead on, however the trap is nuts most of the time. On my old accord it said I ran a 15.3 @ 112 mph

uhhhh

anyway for 35, why the hell not. You can estimate your own traps anyway assuming you know your cars weight.

just make sure you level them up well, or they REALLY give you fits
