I thought I knew, but now someone has told me differently and I'm not sure. Its out of a 93 Eclipse GSX and says TD05H on it. I was under the impression that this is a 14B, but someone told me the TD05 and 14B's are different. If this is true, what are the differences.

 

15g thats a guess b/c i know TD05H is a 15g...

 

I think the TD04 is a 15G

 

TD05H-18G...thats off greddy.com so there is your answer...thats a similar size to like a T3/t04e w/ a .48/.60 and 54 or 50 trim i believe....but its smaller...but similar i believe...im not 100% sure

 

Is anything stamped after "TD05H"?

 

A TD05H can be a ton of things... a 13B, 14B... 16G the list goes on and on.. it all just depends on what guts and compressor housing it has on it

 

Its either a TD05-12A ( strion ), TD05-14B ( 1G DSM AWD and FWD ), TD05-16G ( factory upgrade to 1G DSMs ).

Its a 14B.

 

It's a 14b, thats the turbo I have, great turbo.

if it was a 5 spd 1g...it's a td05h-14b. if it came off an auto it is a 13g. the 13g is slightly smaller than the 14b on the compressor side.
