thanks for the info, why exactly wont it work? is it cus it will not fit the Civic sensor bung? is the electrical socket different? if it is something simple like the electrical plug does not fit the civic then I can just soldier on a new plug? I really need a O2 sensor and I do not wannat pay retail cost for a new one. thanks

the 88-91 o2's are 1 wire. the rest are 4 wire.

There is no way to make a 1 wire 02 in to a 4 wire. you MUST use a 4 wire o2.

thats not entirely true, you can make an OBDI edu into a 1 wire o2 by removing Q30 (this applies to 11F0/1720 boards).

HOWEVER .. jesus christ go pony up the cash for a used o2 if you have to from the junkyard.

yeah, you know what, just my freaking luck the largest junk yark in toronto; standard auto wreckers, is closed from november to march. I am like wtf. I hope all the other ones are not doing the same thing.

---- I had my charge pipes made and stuff, but with no O2 sensor and no check valves on the map sensor. I took my car out for a spin, and I was like WTF i think i feel more power but it was not mindblowing power. I get home after 30 minutes of redlinining the car only to find out the my charge pipes fell off. So ---- now i wonder was i just mentally fucked for believing that i felt extra power. BTW my charge pipes was made form PVC, the problem I had was that on the TDO4 the freakin oil return line is so fucken close to the output port of the turbo that I could barely get a rubber fitting in there for my charge pipes. Now it is raining outside and I need to wait for the rain to stop Before i can attempted to rescue my charge pipes again.

BTW running with no O@ sensor and map hack will not totally ---- up my engine right? it will just add more fuel and ---- up my idle right?
