Does anyone know if i can reused my b18b automatic tranny part to fix my GSR or LS manual tranny .
synchro and synchro sleeve ... ect

This has to be a joke. If you had to ask this question you shouldnt be tryin to touch either one of those trannys

well if your serious about the question the answer is no nothing from inside those transmissions are compatible. For the most part auto trannys and manual trannys are night in day. Auto uses solenoids and clutches to engage a gear set and manual is just gears engaged by you.

 

well thank, never open up a automatic tranny before.So i didnt know what it really have inside. But is their a way to make my ls gear ratio shorter ? ITR or gsr final drive ?

 

yeah but the question it which gear cuz i would think you want the long final drive for highway

 

its more than just witching out the final drive gear. there is a decent amount of other parts you need to make that work

 

like counter shaft? yeah it good for highway but not good for acceleration. How about OBX LSD and Final gear Kit anyone have use them ?

 

The LSD r hit and miss im thinking about running one in my trans but for all the money your going to dump into that trans it would be cheaper to buy another shorter geared one like a B16
