Sorry for the most likley simple question but, I got my car back (96 civic coupe with d15 longblock hx tranny turbo obd2into1 harness p28 ecu) and the fuel and temp gauges work but the speedo/tach don't any idea's?

 

Check to see if the speedometer plug is plugged into the tranny, that should fix your speedo problem. Also, I think your tach wire for that obd1 motor comes off the distributor seperately, so you'll need to run a wire from that tach wire inside the car and tap into the conversion harness for the tach.
