is there any way to tell which year pm6?

Default is there any way to tell which year pm6?
other than looking inside, is there anyway to tell if a pm6 ecu is 90-91? please respond

Yep, it's got the date stamped on the side in blue.

Anything newer than I believe August of 89 was external EEPROM and considered "90"..
