well its starting to get colder here in toronto. Winter car time. I have started it once a week throughout summer and one time i noticed a funny coolant smell. I look at the tail pipe. gushin white smoke. DAMN head gasket..

Apparently sitting all summer killed my battery and rusted the front rotors and pads are done aswell. no biggy.. I tow it to a shop. battery, front brakes and HG, 900 bones CDN$. no problem.

Until now.. Shop calls me last evening around 4pm.. uh.. sir we went to change the head gasket and didnt notice any breaks in it. im like.. ok.. well whats the problem then. er.. your head is cracked sir.. ----! so now im lookin at 1600CDN$ total for my beater..damn cars.. thats my rant enjoy your day.. I know i wont.

 

And you can dress like a *** and take it up the *** while your at it

 

not to mention im talking about a winter car.. snow, cold and moped = have you seen dumb and dumber~!!!!

so far i've got 87$ tied up in my winter beater. its a 90 civic lx with 180K and it runs like a champ.

 

damn, I just paid $1000 for my 92 accord LX im getting... its in excellent shape except for the wheelwell rust

 

man i've never had to get a beater... maybe a summer beater texas is nice lol

 

I hate you. Sell it to me and ship it to AZ for free. I would love to have that car. I don't know why, but I love that body style. Always have. They go for around $4000 out here and that's not even in good shape.
