As some of you know, two weeks ago I went on a cruise to Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, and Mazatlan. We left out of Long Beach, Ca. I went with my now fiance (got engaged during the cruise) my 1 yr old son derek, and my fiance's parents.

This is our boat "The Star Princess". I think there was like 3,000 people on this piece or something.

We had to dodge hurricane hugo, so we pretty much stopped at all three places backwards of what they usually do. There was plenty of sun along the way, just sometimes it looked like this.

Our first stop was Cabo San Lucas where her parents went snorkling and we had the kid, so we just went shopping. It's funny cause you go to the little shops and everyone is selling the same things, so you just go back and forth and hustle them. I got a shirt for $3

Our next stop was mazatlan. We woke up early, left the kid with the old people and went on a tour of the city.

These crazy dudes just dive all day, then run into the crowd asking for tips. I figured the chance of seeing him bust his head on that rock was worth a dollar.

This was a mexican dance show we went to where it was just some dancing and stuff, then these nutbags got on the wheel.

There's two formal nights on the boat, and I could give a ---- about them. I wanted to go to the buffet, but you know how women are. :P I hate dressing up, it sucks.



I would have rather been sleeping.

Or hangin' out poolside.



Or watching my son hump lawn chairs....naked! (You go boy!)

Our last stop was Puerto Vallarta. I liked this place the best because it seemed like an actual city. Cabo and Mazatlan had nice views, but for the most part they were just hole in the wall mexican ghetto's. Puerto Vallarta was the highlight of all the stops.


Once we got back to Long Beach, we all sported our new shirts (docked in front of Queen Mary)

We all look happy, but waiting to get off the damn boat sucks. Customs, Immigration, I just wanted to go home!


That was about it. It was fun, expensive, and if your gonna go, don't take your children.

for real, nice good looking healthy kid, you are truly blessed. how come you hate dressing up? i love dressing up, makes me feel like a muthafuckin mobsta. looks like you had fun. lol, yeah... it seems like everybody in mexico selling the same ----, and they EXPECT you to barter. part of the spanish culture.

 

Damn, that looks like fun. I have never been to a place that looked so nice. I need to see more of the world. That's a big *** boat. Can I go next time?

Thanks guys. Yes, Dr Boost, you can go next time. I don't like dressing up, but more than that I don't like feeling like a yuppie and having people call me sir and stuff. I don't want anyone trying to kiss my ***, I just want to eat! :P

Congrats on getting hitched stealth!It really gets better the further south you go.I hate Mazatlan.It has a really fishey smell.Next time I reccomend you go to Cancun.Youll never want to come back.
